How to Permanently Delete Your Account and Data?

• Go to the Settings screen in the app
• Scroll to the bottom and tap on Delete Account.
• You will be prompted to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.
• The process may take a few minutes. Please be patient during this time.

⚠️ Note: In rare cases, the deletion process may fail due to technical issues. If this happens, you may try again later or use the alternate method described below.

• Send an email to scoop.niraj@gmail.com with the subject line: "DELETE MY ACCOUNT"
• Include your registered contact information (phone number used during account creation) in the body of the email.

Upon verifying your identity, we will initiate the manual deletion process. Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 7-14 days of verification.
